If you are interested in adopting, please submit an application and all visits must be by APPOINTMENT ONLY!! In order to adopt from us, you will need an approved application. Please allow 48 hours weekdays for processing. We will email you when the application has been approved.
Miya
Kiya is around 5 years old as of December, 2018. This girl has a great temperament and loves to be around her family. She would do wonderful with a family with children as her favorite thing is to fetch and play and play. You can get her to do anything in the world if you have a toy or ball. She is house trained, walks on a leash and sits on command. She is an energetic girl that will need an active family. She also gets along fine with other dogs. Kiya is spayed, heartworm negative and current on shots, heartworm and flea prevention.
Gunner
This gorgeous guy is around 3 years old and has such a great personality. He loves children and adults alike and gets along with other dogs. We were told he was around cats with no problems. He came to us because his family developed allergies and then he was made to live on the outside. This boy is such a big baby and loves, loves to play. He is an active boy that will need an active family. He would not be suited for apartment life. Gunner did test positive for heartworms and is currently on the slow kill method. So not his fault and, with his funny, goofy personality, he so deserves a great home to love him. He is a healthy boy in every other way. Gunner will be current on all medical (neuter, shots and preventions).

Welcome To Richardson Rescue
Richardson Rescue, located in York, SC, is a non-profit animal adoption agency dedicated to preserving the sanctity of animal life. While trying to find a forever home for every pet that comes to us, we strive to give owners a better education on pet care, prevent pet neglect/abuse and provide a low cost spay/neuter program for those that can’t afford it. Richardson Animal Rescue is a 501C3, non profit, publicly funded rescue.
All in all, with thousands of animals saved off the streets and cared for every year, we hope to encourage much more pet adoptions to happen!
